Very nice Palace Stay!
amazing architecture excellent service amazing treatments
I enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the place a lot. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service. I felt very welcome. I relaxed in the hotel's spa. Treatments were amazing.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions, so I needed to use taxis more often.

fresh fruits variety family suite living area hotel gardens high minibar prices insufficient air conditioning mold formation
the service felt very tender. the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits and pastries. our family suite had a separate living area, a true comfort. the hotel gardens were wonderfully kept, displaying a vibrant palette.
the minibar prices felt high. a snicker was 7 eu. the air conditioning in our suite worked insufficiently. there was mold formation in the bathtub under the rim.

dark bathroom dangerous shower door
The buildings are beautiful. The grounds are also great.
Our room was pretty, but not amazing. The bathroom was so dark, that it was hard to put makeup on. The toilet didn't flush completely, and the shower door felt dangerous. It seemed like an accident was just waiting to happen.

a mixed experience
welcome drinks long waiting time
the grounds are nice.
upon check in, there wasn't welcome drinks offered. it felt unusual for a five star hotel. we had to wait for our room, what wasn't ideal.

an okay stay overall
wide options complimentary shuttle nice grounds small pool overcrowded pool stolen bed
the breakfast had many options. i enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to the city center. the hotel grounds were very nice.
the pool was too small for the hotel capacity. it became very crowded. i saw our clothes dumped on the ground after leaving our beds briefly.
