I enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the place a lot. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service. I felt very welcome. I relaxed in the hotel's spa. Treatments were amazing.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions, so I needed to use taxis more often.

the service felt very tender. the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits and pastries. our family suite had a separate living area, a true comfort. the hotel gardens were wonderfully kept, displaying a vibrant palette.
the minibar prices felt high. a snicker was 7 eu. the air conditioning in our suite worked insufficiently. there was mold formation in the bathtub under the rim.

The buildings are beautiful. The grounds are also great.
Our room was pretty, but not amazing. The bathroom was so dark, that it was hard to put makeup on. The toilet didn't flush completely, and the shower door felt dangerous. It seemed like an accident was just waiting to happen.

the pool was too small for the hotel capacity. it became very crowded. i saw our clothes dumped on the ground after leaving our beds briefly.
